Item Return Request

Customers may return select items purchased through Goerend for replacement or refund. Please complete the item return request form to begin this process.

We do not accept item returns after 15 days of the delivery date due to damaged items, or items incorrectly sent or purchased. All returned items are subject to inspection. We may at our discretion refuse to authorize your return, or charge up to a 20% restocking fee on uninstalled parts. Returned products that appear to be packaged or shipped improperly by the customer will not be accepted. Clothing including hats, shirts, and sweatshirts will not be accepted. Custom-ordered items will not be accepted. Returned products that appear to have been used are not accepted unless there is a valid situation regarding the item.

Cancelled orders may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 5%.
