Description
Many 68RFE transmission builders choose the Sonnax overdrive clutch housing drum assembly, but the standard clutch setup has several known issues. Common problems include steel plates damaging the factory inner drum, and premature clutch failures.
Our input clutch retainer helps eliminate these issues. Precision-machined to fit the Sonnax overdrive clutch housing drum assembly without an adapter ring, it also retains the use of full-thickness factory or billet UD/OD pressure plates for improved durability and consistent performance.
Not compatible with an OEM clutch housing drum assembly.
