Valve Body Channel Plate, Billet

The Goerend 68RFE channel plate includes an exhaust hole designed to drain oil from the rear of the pressure regulator valve. This is similar to the dump valve design seen in our 48RE valve bodies. Depending on the vehicle application, this exhaust hole must either be left open or plugged. The exhaust hole must be left open when using any aftermarket software commanding 220 or 225 PSI. The Goerend spacer plate is pre-modified for this purpose, eliminating the need for any spacer plate modifications required to support these higher pressures, since our spacer plate blocks feed oil to that circuit even if the exhaust hole is open. The exhaust hole must be plugged when running stock or tuneless setups.
